Work You'll Do

As a Data Architecture and Governance Manager within the business-aligned GES Technology group, you will oversee all aspects of data architecture, data modeling, governance, and operations.

You will be responsible for defining the target-state data architecture for data and analytics, enterprise data models and embedding governance practices that improve data quality, compliance, and business value.

You will have the opportunity to partner with a team of experienced product owners, product managers and leaders from other key workstreams in the practice and will be supported by a team of experienced practitioners.


* Define and maintain the enterprise data architecture, data models, standards, and roadmap aligned to business and analytics priorities.


* Lead the design of scalable, secure, and modern data platforms, including data lakes, warehouses, semantic layers, and integration patterns.


* Establish and operationalize data governance frameworks covering data ownership, stewardship, metadata, lineage, quality, privacy, retention, and access controls.


* Partner with business, engineering, security, and analytics leaders to prioritize data domains and enable trusted, high-value data products.


* Create and enforce architecture principles, reference models, and design standards for structured and unstructured data.


* Drive master data, reference data, and common data model strategies to improve consistency across systems and reporting.


* Oversee data quality management, including rules, controls, monitoring, issue remediation, and governance forums.


* Guide the selection and implementation of data governance, catalog, lineage, and quality tooling.


* Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and privacy requirements relevant to data management and usage.


* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the data architecture and governance team and implement best practices.
