Data Modeling & Data Governance Senior Consultant - Global Employer Services Technology

Deloitte Tax LLP is seeking a Senior, Tax Technology Services to support technology-enabled solutions within our Global Employer Services practice.

In this role, you will help clients address compliance obligations tied to global mobility, business travel, and remote working arrangements.

Work you'll do

As a Senior, Tax Technology Services on the Global Employer Services Technology Group team, you will be responsible for...


* Supporting the design, implementation, and enhancement of technology-enabled solutions for global mobility, business travel, and remote work compliance programs


* Gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into functional needs for digital tools, workflows, and reporting solutions


* Coordinating with client stakeholders, internal tax professionals, and technology teams to support delivery of project milestones and work products


* Analyzing workforce, compliance, and process data to identify issues, support reporting, and improve operational efficiency


* Assisting with testing, issue resolution, process documentation, and deployment activities for new and updated technology solutions

Qualifications

Required:


* Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2 - 3 days per week


* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field
