Lead Medical Assistant
VancouverClinicis hiring aLead Medical Assistantfor Internal Medicine at our Happy Valley and Gresham, OR locations!
In this role, you will support both patient care and lead responsibilities by rooming patients, collecting patient information, preparing patients for examination,assistingwith procedures, and helping with the overall delivery of care.
You will also oversee daily operations, support patient flow,assistwith provider schedules and templates, and serve as a mentor and resource for team members.
This position is expected to balance leadership duties with direct patient care while supporting efficient workflows anda positivepatient experience.
Schedule:MondaythruFriday 7:00am to 4:00pm.
Pay range starts at$28.02/hour and increases based upon evaluation of experience.
EDUCATION AND SKILLS
* Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program required.
* Proof of current national certification (AAMA, NCCT, NHA, AMT) required.
* Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification.
* Minimum of one year of experience as a Medical Assistant.
* Experience with an electronic health record, Epic experience strongly preferred.
* Completion of Oregon State-approved chaperone training required.

* Must have reliable and predictable attendance.

Pay Range:
$27.47 - $38.46
