Mountain View Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to help support the rehabilitation and well-being of our residents.

Job Duties:



* Assist the Physical Therapist in developing and implementing treatment plans.



* Deliver therapy interventions and exercises to residents.



* Monitor, document, and report resident progress to the Physical Therapist.



* Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of care and optimal outcomes.



* Educate residents and families on proper use of equipment and at-home exercises.



* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments provided.

Qualifications:



* Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).



* Strong communication and interpersonal skills .



* Passion for working with residents in a post-acute care setting.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities .
