Medical Hill Healthcare Center is looking for a dependable and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team.

As a Dietary Aide, you'll play an important role in creating a positive dining experience while supporting the health and well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities


* Assist with meal preparation, tray assembly, and food service.


* Deliver meals and snacks according to prescribed diets.


* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining areas, and equipment.


* Wash dishes, utensils, and food service equipment.


* Stock supplies and assist with inventory as needed.


* Follow food safety, infection control, and sanitation guidelines.


* Provide courteous and respectful service to residents, families, and staff.


* Work collaboratively with the dietary team to ensure efficient meal service.

Qualifications


* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.


* Previous dietary, food service, or healthcare experience is a plus but not required.


* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


* Excellent customer service and communication skills.


* Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.


* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred.
