Key Responsibilities

Resident Care & Support


* Provide high-quality, compassionate care while assisting residents with daily living activities.


* Support resident comfort, safety, dignity, and independence.


* Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the nursing team.


* Assist with mobility, personal hygiene, meals, and restorative care programs.

Communication & Teamwork


* Build positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare team members.


* Collaborate with nurses and therapists to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.


* Maintain accurate documentation and follow established care plans.


* Contribute to a positive, resident-focused team environment.

Professional Standards


* Follow all facility policies, infection control procedures, and safety guidelines.


* Maintain resident confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.


* Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.


* Support the facility's commitment to excellence in skilled nursing care.

Qualifications


* Active California CNA Certification required


* Minimum 2 year of CNA experience preferred


* Skilled nursing, post-acute, or long-term care experience strongly preferred


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
