Medical Hill Healthcare Center is seeking an organized, customer-focused Admissions Coordinator to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, coordinating patient admissions, and ensuring a smooth transition for residents and their families.

As the Admissions Coordinator, you'll serve as an important liaison between hospitals, referral sources, residents, families, and our interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities


* Coordinate the admissions process from referral through resident admission.


* Communicate with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and referral partners.


* Verify insurance benefits and obtain necessary admission documentation.


* Conduct facility tours for prospective residents and families.


* Maintain relationships with referral sources and assist with census development.


* Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and administrative staff to ensure seamless admissions.


* Ensure all admission paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.


* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the admission process.

Qualifications


* Previous admissions, healthcare marketing, case management, or customer service experience preferred.


* Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting is highly desirable.


* Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.


* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems.


* Professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented.


* Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and referral partners.
