Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Pay: $60-$65/hour DOE

Are you an Occupational Therapist passionate about helping residents regain independence and improve their quality of life? Tice Valley Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our collaborative in-house rehabilitation team .

What You'll Do

As an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans designed to maximize independence and improve quality of life.

Responsibilities include:


* Complete comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments


* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on resident goals


* Provide skilled therapy interventions focused on activities of daily living, mobility, and functional independence


* Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed


* Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members


* Educate residents and families on adaptive techniques, safety strategies, and therapeutic programs


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications


* Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care


* Positive, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset
