Francis Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and clinically skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a full-time PM shift.

As an RN, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care, promoting resident well-being, and working alongside an interdisciplinary team to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities


* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans.


* Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures as prescribed by physicians.


* Monitor residents' conditions and promptly communicate changes to the healthcare team.


* Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.


* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate quality resident care.


* Supervise, mentor, and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other nursing staff.


* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility policies and regulations.


* Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while preserving dignity and respect.


* Respond confidently and effectively to emergencies and changing resident needs.

Qualifications


* Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.


* Current CPR/BLS certification.


* Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.


* Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, or long-term care is preferred but not required.
