What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist, you'll develop personalized treatment plans that help residents improve mobility, restore function, and enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities include:


* Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans


* Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including exercise, gait training, balance activities, and manual therapy


* Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans to maximize outcomes


* Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care


* Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and discharge recommendations


* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards

Qualifications


* Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license
