Pay: Starting at $63-$64/hour DOE

What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist, you'll evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled therapy services that help patients improve mobility, restore function, and maximize independence.

Responsibilities include:


* Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans


* Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional outcomes


* Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve the best possible results


* Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate resident care


* Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and discharge planning


* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards

Qualifications


* Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
