The Opportunity


* Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - PRN (As Needed)


* Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour


* Shifts Available: AM, PM, and NOC

What We're Looking For

* Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care.


* Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes.


* Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.


* Accurately document resident care and maintain regulatory compliance.


* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure the highest quality outcomes.


* Deliver excellent communication during shift reports and throughout the care team.


* Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to resident safety.

Qualifications


* Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License required.


* Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required.


* Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical assessment skills.


* Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment.
