Pay: Starting at $49-$50/hour DOE

What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you'll work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to help residents restore function, improve mobility, and maximize independence.

Responsibilities include:


* Provide skilled physical therapy treatments based on individualized care plans


* Assist residents in improving strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence


* Monitor resident progress and communicate updates with the therapy team


* Document treatments and resident outcomes accurately and timely


* Educate residents and families on exercises, safety techniques, and mobility strategies


* Collaborate with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary care team to provide exceptional patient-centered care

Qualifications


* Current California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license (or eligibility for licensure)


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


* Passion for rehabilitation and resident-centered care


* Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-first mindset
