Work You'll Do

Provide technical services in the areas of computer hardware and software for both the hotel and the internal employees located at Deloitte University.

Administers, configures, monitors and tests application servers for business and network operations.

Manage vendors to maintain system stasis regardless of server and application locations.

Provides suggestions and recommendations for new technology solutions.

Work with senior level engineers to implement applications and technology solutions.

Monitor daily use data and application server backups, upgrades, and patches.

Responds to and resolves any critical issues impacting production and other system environments.

May serve internal or external clients.

Qualifications

Required:


* 8+ years of experience supporting IT Infrastructure Systems & Network environments and/or 6 years with advanced degree


* 2+ years of experience supporting Windows environments including but not limited to:



* Recent editions of Windows Server Administration and maintenance


* Basic understanding of application troubleshooting
