Work You'll Do

Provide technical services in the areas of computer hardware and software.

Administers, configures, monitors and tests application servers for business and network operations.

Provides suggestions and recommendations for new technology solutions.

Work with senior level engineers to implement applications and technology solutions.

Monitor daily data and application server backups, upgrades, and patches.

Responds to and resolves any critical issues impacting production and other system environments.

May serve internal or external clients.

Qualifications


* 8+ years of experience supporting IT Infrastructure Network environments and/or 6 years with advanced degree.

Including but not limited to:



* Design and implement network infrastructure: Plan, configure, and deploy Cisco networking equipment (switches, routers, wireless access points)


* Network performance testing & validation: Ability to conduct site surveys and end-to-end testing to validate throughput, redundancy, and failover capabilities across all floors and workspaces
