Senior Manager, Tax Technology Services

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Tax Technology Services to lead large-scale transformation initiatives that modernize engineering and operations capabilities across the enterprise.

This role combines experience in DevOps, site reliability engineering, cloud operations, and platform engineering with leadership across complex stakeholder environments.

The ideal candidate brings experience leading transformation programs, guiding senior stakeholders, and driving scalable operational improvement.

Work you'll do

As a Senior Manager, Tax Technology Services on the team, you will be responsible for:


* Leading enterprise DevOps transformation initiatives, including operating model design, process improvement, and implementation planning


* Managing client relationships, delivery teams, and workstreams across complex cloud, platform, and engineering transformation programs


* Advising clients on DevOps, site reliability engineering, platform engineering, and cloud operations capabilities, including automation, observability, and infrastructure modernization


* Translating business, engineering, and operational requirements into actionable roadmaps, project plans, and deliverables


* Overseeing quality of work product, mentoring junior practitioners, and supporting practice development efforts

The team

Deloitte Tax LLP's Tax Transformation Office (TTO) is responsible for the design, development, and deployment of innovative, enterprise technology, tools, and standard processes to support the delivery of tax services.

The TTO team focuses on enhancing Deloitte Tax LLP's ability to deliver comprehensive, value-added, and efficient tax services to our clients.

It is a dynamic team with professionals of varying backgrounds from tax technical, technology development, change management, Six Sigma, and project management.

The team consults and executes on a wide range of initiatives involving process and tool development and implementation including training development, engagement management, tool design, and implementation.
