Work You'll Do

As a Delivery Consultant, ServiceNow Configuration and Integration Solutions on the team, you will:


* Enhance ServiceNow platforms across incident management, problem management, and change management processes


* Develop custom ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Angular, and web technologies to support business and technical requirements


* Build and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using Representational State Transfer (REST) and Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) application programming interfaces


* Maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), including data quality, relationship mapping, and asset record integrity


* Support workflow automation, platform optimization, and ongoing enhancements to improve user experience and service delivery outcomes
