Work you'll do
As a Manager, Product Strategy and Management on the Global Employer Services technology team, you will be responsible for:
* Define and evolve product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for technology offerings that support global workforce, mobility, business travel, and remote working needs.
* Translate client, business, regulatory, risk, and control requirements into product requirements, user stories, and release plans.
* Partner with engineering, design, go-to-market, and subject matter teams to deliver cloud-based, compliance-focused, and intelligent product enhancements and new capabilities.
* Lead product lifecycle activities, including discovery, prioritization, testing, launch planning, incident management, root cause analysis, and performance monitoring.
* Support delivery of reporting, integration, and automation capabilities using AWS services, AI and machine learning tools, large language models, and structured data formats.
