311005.Senior Real Estate Project Manager

Under the general direction of the Director of Airport Properties and Airline Affairs, the Senior Real Estate Project Manager is responsible for projects from inception through completion, conducting negotiations, contract writing and interpretation, and team leadership.

This position operates within tight timelines and has a high attention to detail and full accountability to achieve objectives.

The incumbent provides business and technical analysis, contract expertise, and impeccable customer service to internal and external customers in compliance with regulatory and airport policies and procedures to meet business, contract, and revenue goals.
