Project Data Analyst

Core Responsibilities:



* Serve as a Project data analytics responsible for transforming business data into actionable insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.


* Collect, analyze, validate, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.


* Develop Ad hoc Request, dashboards, and visualizations that provide clear and meaningful insights to stakeholders.


* Perform data cleansing, validation, and governance activities to ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and reliability.


* Contribute to process improvement and digital transformation initiatives by utilizing technical solutions such as Power Automate, SharePoint, and other Microsoft technologies.



* Work independently with general supervision while adhering to organizational policies, procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Skills & Experience:



* Bachelors in Data Science/Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or other quantitative discipline


* This is an entry level role.

Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply


* Experience/ background in BI Reporting tools (Salesforce, Tableau, MS Excel.)


* Experience/ backgorund in using database querying language e.g.

SQL programming, MS SQL Server, Alteryx etc.


* Considering another knowledge like Canva, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, MS Visio.
