Are you passionate about thought leadership, brand strategy, and driving impactful communication initiatives?

We are looking for an experienced PR & Communications Manager to take the lead and bring our brand, public relations and internal communications to the next level in Denmark!

You will be based in our Ballerup office, working closely with the country leadership, marketing and making an impact on how our brand is perceived externally and internally.

What you'll be doing


* Lead and execute Denmark's Brand, PR & Communications strategy, including high-profile events like Folkemødet


* Manage external communications, media relations, SoMe and thought leadership campaigns


* Collaborate with the country leadership and marketing teams, Nordic Baltic teams, and business leaders across borders to ensure alignment and impact


* Analyze competitor communications while developing and optimizing ours


* Drive internal communications with strong focus on the company strategy and priorities as well as employee engagement


* Create compelling content across digital channels, blogs, social media, and internal platforms


* Coordinate with external agencies and manage budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics


* Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for PR in Denmark including crisis communications and the facilitation of media training for executives

What will help you succeed


* Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills


* Proven experience in public relations, public affairs, SoMe, and campaign execution


* Proficient copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills in Danish and English


* Expertise in social media platforms and digital communication tools


* Ability to work independently and influence across a matrix organization in a structured way


* Experience in managing budgets, agencies, and performance metrics


* Educational background in Communications, Public Affairs, Marketing, or related disciplines is desired
