Purpose of the job:

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and delivering high-quality, customer-centric content across multiple campaigns and regions.

This role plays a key part in shaping SE Advisory Services' local voice, ensuring consistency, relevance, and strategic alignment with business priorities for the region.

With a focus on short-form content, webinars, and event content support, the role collaborates closely with strategic and digital leads, as well as Advisory and Sales stakeholders, to drive engagement and support lead generation.

What you will do:

Content Strategy & Development



* Manage paid and organic social media activities for UK&I and C&NE.


* Lead short-form content development (blogs, web copy) for UK&I and C&NE, including RECA.


* Develop content assets, including eBooks and factsheets, to support lead generation and sales enablement.


* Create associated promotional assets (images, carousels) to support content distribution across the region.


* Deliver webinars for UK&I and Central & Northern Europe, including content planning and coordination.


* Support event content development, ensuring alignment with campaign messaging, audience needs, and business priorities.

Strategic Alignment


* Act as content lead for SB in UK&I and C&NE, collaborating with campaign leads and Advisory leads to shape regional messaging and storytelling.


* Partner with Strategic Leads (Gillian, Jeanne) to align campaign content with regional and business priorities.


* Contribute to quarterly campaign planning, offering insights and recommendations from a content perspective.

Collaboration & Enablement


* Work closely with Digital Leads (Joe, Marine) to ensure content is optimized for digital channels and performance.


* Collaborate with sales stakeholders (e.g., Cameron) to ensure content supports pipeline development and customer engagement.


* Support the development of customer stories and testimonials to amplify real-world impact and credibility.

Growth & Development


* Expand knowledge of other COEs to support regional content development for SB.


* Work with the RECA team to build knowledge of the offer portfolio.


* Participate in cross-regional knowledge sharing and best practice development, including campaign planning and marketing skills development.
