What you will do

The Senior Demand Planner is responsible for evaluating demand from internal customers and preparing comprehensive demand plans to align supply with business needs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve forecast accuracy, manage forecasting systems, and analyze performance metrics to support strategic decision-making:

Key Responsibilities


* Design and implement advanced forecasting models that integrate market trends, historical data, and emerging consumer behaviors to optimize demand accuracy.


* Lead the development and execution of comprehensive demand plans for assigned business units or product lines, ensuring alignment with internal customer needs and business objectives.


* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, supply chain, and finance teams to develop dynamic demand strategies, drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy, and facilitate forecast discussions.


* Optimize inventory levels by maintaining target reorder points that balance fill rate targets with minimized inventory investment.


* Leverage data visualization tools to create intuitive dashboards that provide real-time insights into demand patterns and inventory levels.


* Oversee the implementation, management, and enhancement of forecasting software and related systems to support accurate demand planning.


* Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations and corporate standards throughout the demand planning process.


* Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance metrics related to quality, cost, and delivery to support supplier scorecards and business reviews.


* Conduct detailed monthly demand analyses to identify trends, resolve discrepancies between financial and statistical forecasts, and recommend outsourcing solutions when capacity constraints are anticipated.
