Program Director Position Summary:

The Program Director is responsible for the administration, oversight and evaluation of the licensed home care service agency, traumatic brain injury program services, residential and home community support services, and related daily operational functions of the Center for Brain Injury and Rehabilitation. The Program Director provides leadership of program operations, admissions and referrals, staffing oversight, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, billing coordination, and program development to ensure high quality, effective, and efficient service delivery across all assigned programs.

Program Director Job Responsibilities:


* Provides direct supervision, coaching, support and performance oversight to assigned supervisory, clinical, operational and support staff; ensures documented supervision and annual performance evaluations are completed in accordance with agency standards and applicable regulations.


* Assists in the recruitment, selection, onboarding, orientation, assignment, development and retention of program staff.


* Tracks staff compliance with required trainings, certifications, in-services and competency expectations and follows up as needed.


* Participates in and advises leadership regarding promotion, assignment, review and discharge of program participants and staff as necessary.


* Keeps apprised of and provides input into development and revision of division and program policies, procedures and workflows.


* Keeps informed of public policy developments, regulatory changes and trends impacting the respective program areas and ensures operational practices remain aligned with those requirements.


* Assists in the development, implementation and evaluation of program expansion, service enhancements and new program initiatives.
