Job Summary:

Ensure that all operational IT related service needs are delivered while following all security and compliance procedures.

Primarily responsible for systems analysis techniques, procedures, troubleshooting, and consulting with users to determine hardware, software or system functional specifications, as well as the coordination and resolution of all Service Management tickets associated with the aforementioned.

This includes, but is not limited to, the implementation and troubleshooting of hardware/software solutions, the administration of enterprise class automation systems to meet user requirements, security standards, best practices, and providing on-going lifecycle maintenance; all while providing effective management of the end user experience.
