Developer (On-site)
We are seeking a Developer for the Development Department.
This position is to assist Credit Human in becoming the best credit union in Texas by providing outstanding service to internal members.
Under general supervision, the incumbent is responsible for the design, development, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting of programs, systems, and procedures used by Credit Human.
The developer provides training to users on system enhancements and changes.

Highlights:
* Assists with the maintenance, enhancements and development of current and new software applications pursuant to user specifications.
* Develops management reports and queries in support of credit union business management.
* Analyzes and evaluates processes to determine opportunities for improved efficiency and productivity.
* Participates in meetings with the line of business managers to understand their business objectives: develops programs and systems to meet these goals.
* Assists with database administration tasks for Credit Human's core processing system.
Experience:
Preferred
* 1-3 years supporting and developing financial applications
Education:
Required
* Relevant work/school programming experience required
Preferred
* Bachelor’s Degree
Skills & Knowledge:
Required
* Knowledge of object-oriented programming language like C++, SQL,HTML5, Javascript, or CSS
* Team player attitude with solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Proven problem-solving skills/abilities
* Familiar with databases
Preferred
* Knowledge of Symitar PowerOn programming language and PowerFrame/Docs
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm
Location: On-site
Level of Work: 2A
