Salary £27,500 / Earn £14.06 per hour plus 34 days leave (rising to 39) and health cash plan worth over £1140

Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw), working within the service 08:00-20:00 - this role will include working every other weekend

What you’ll do


* Deliver person-centred support with our customers, responsible for managing and maintaining support plans and risk assessments.


* Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads


* Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments


* Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers


* Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community

You have


* Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting


* Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it)


* Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support


* The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach


* Mental health supported housing services - this role will be working with customers within our dispersed services.

The practical bits


* You will be working between the hours of 08:00-20:00, you will be expected to cover a weekend day every other weekend.


* You will be working with the customers in the dispersed service - meeting with the customers in their own homes.


* Although you’ll lone work, we do get together regularly in the daytime for training and team meetings. 


* You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay) 


* A vehicle insured for business use (and a license!), we’ll pay for any bus...
