Work you'll do

As a Specialist, Risk and Compliance Services on the Independence & Conflicts Network team, you will be responsible for...



* Review and process independence, conflicts, and compliance matters in accordance with established policies, procedures, and service-level expectations


* Maintain case records, supporting documentation, and audit trails within designated workflow and case management tools


* Analyze submitted information, identify missing or inconsistent data, and follow up with stakeholders to resolve open items


* Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, status updates, and documentation for leadership and business stakeholders


* Support process improvement efforts by identifying trends, documenting issues, and escalating risks in a timely manner
