What You'll Do


* Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.


* Help residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.


* Take and record vital signs and report changes in resident conditions.


* Support residents with meals, transfers, and daily routines.


* Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families through compassionate care.


* Work closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional resident-centered care.

Qualifications


* Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification


* Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


* Long-term care experience is preferred but not required


* A commitment to providing outstanding care and treating every resident with dignity and respect
