What You'll Do


* Deliver exceptional nursing care while promoting comfort, dignity, and quality of life for our residents.


* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.


* Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.


* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, residents, and families to provide outstanding care.


* Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.


* Provide clinical leadership, support, and guidance to the nursing team throughout your shift.

Qualifications


* Current Registered Nurse (RN) license


* Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills


* Excellent communication and leadership abilities


* Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required


* A compassionate, dependable professional dedicated to delivering exceptional resident care
