Position Details:


* Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)


* Schedule: Full-Time, PM Shift


* Pay: $40.00-$43.00 per hour , based on experience

Responsibilities:


* Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.


* Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.


* Monitor residents' conditions and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team.


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation.


* Foster a positive, compassionate environment for residents, families, and coworkers.

Qualifications:


* Current California LVN license in good standing.


* Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.


* Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required.


* A commitment to providing outstanding, resident-centered care.
