💰 Compensation

RN: $42-44/hr
LPN: $38-42/hr

🩺 Responsibilities

✅ Manage the daily clinical operations of your assigned unit
✅ Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff
✅ Ensure the highest quality of resident care
✅ Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
✅ Complete and oversee clinical documentation
✅ Collaborate with physicians, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members
✅ Communicate effectively with residents and families
✅ Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence

✅ Qualifications

✔ Current RN or LPN license in good standing
✔ MUST have prior Unit Manager and/or long-term care/skilled nursing leadership experience.
✔ This is not an entry-level leadership position.

Candidates without skilled nursing management experience will not be considered.
✔ Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and survey readiness
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
✔ Passion for delivering exceptional care and supporting your team ❤️

Assist the Director of Nursing Services in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the day to day functions of the nursing service department, in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long term care facility.

Participate in developing, maintaining, and updating our written policies and procedures that govern the day to day functions of the nursing service department.

Facilitates the resolution of issues and concerns associated with resident / patient care including family issues.

Ensure that reference material (i.e., PDR'S, regulations, professional standards of practice, etc.) maintained at the nurses' stations is current.

Recommend to the Director written material that will assist the nursing service department in meeting the day to day needs of residents.
