We are currently seeking a Part-Time / On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our exceptional nursing team.

Key Responsibilities


* Assess residents' conditions and provide skilled nursing care based on individualized care plans.


* Monitor, evaluate, and document changes in residents' health status.


* Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing interventions in accordance with physician orders.


* Observe and interpret resident symptoms and communicate findings promptly to physicians and the interdisciplinary team.


* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.


* Perform routine nursing procedures, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.


* Promote a safe, compassionate, and healing environment for residents and their families.

Qualifications


* Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.


* Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.


* Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, or rehabilitation is preferred but not required.
