Responsibilities


* Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.


* Complete timely and accurate documentation.


* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident progress.


* Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy programs and safety recommendations.


* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.

Qualifications


* Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing.


* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
