We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated PRN Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our dedicated in-house therapy team.

Job Responsibilities


* Provide patient treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.


* Complete accurate daily documentation and required progress reports.


* Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy areas.


* Participate in Patient Care and Rehabilitation Conferences as appropriate.


* Carry out physician-directed treatment plans and communicate patient progress with the interdisciplinary care team.


* Report equipment concerns to ensure safe and effective operation.


* Educate residents, families, and nursing staff on maintenance programs and caregiver training prior to discharge.

Qualifications


* Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing.


* Strong communication and teamwork skills.


* New graduates are encouraged to apply.
