Your Role: Associate Manager, G2N Operations

Step into a pivotal role where your precision and customer-first mindset ensure the integrity of Elanco’s commitments to our customers.

As a G2N Customer Experience Analyst in Finance Operations, you will be the heartbeat of our claim processing engine, ensuring our customers receive accurate pricing and seamless rebate experiences.

You will transform complex pricing strategies into operational reality, serving as a dependable advocate for our customers and a strategic partner to our Commercial teams.

This role is an ideal launchpad for a detail-oriented professional who is looking to master specialized systems like Vistex and SAP, collaborate with cross-functional experts in Sales and Marketing, and grow into a future leader within Elanco’s global Center of Excellence (COE) organization.

Your Responsibilities:

•            Master the Pricing & Rebate Lifecycle: You will own the execution of rebate setups in Vistex and SAP.

By ensuring list prices and discounts are maintained with 100% accuracy, you prevent friction and ensure a smooth purchasing journey for our customers.

•            Champion the Customer Experience: Act as the primary line of defense against pricing discrepancies.

You will proactively investigate and resolve customer disputes and claim misalignments, ensuring that every interaction reinforces Elanco’s reputation as a trusted partner.

•            Optimize Claim Workflows: Continuously look for ways to enhance our Gross-to-Net processes.

You will identify bottlenecks in the claim lifecycle and lead initiatives to streamline submissions and approvals, increasing the speed and efficiency of our service delivery.

•            Strategic Commercial Partnership: Work cross-functionally with US Commercial business partners, Sales, and Marketing to translate pricing strategies into executable system logic.

You will provide clear insights and reporting to leadership to ensure our operations align with business objectives.
