Work you'll do

As an Associate Vice President, AI and Data Solutions on the AI & Data team, you will be responsible for:


* Lead AI & Data engagements for Life Sciences / Pharma clients, with emphasis on supply chain transformation, analytics, and digital enablement.


* Shape and deliver use cases across forecasting, inventory optimization, network visibility, planning analytics, intelligent automation, and control tower capabilities.


* Translate business problems into scalable AI, data, and digital solutions.


* Work across strategy, product, data, engineering, and client stakeholder groups to define solution approach and delivery plans.


* Advise clients on operating model implications, business value, roadmap sequencing, and adoption considerations for AI-enabled transformation.


* Support broader AI & Data pursuits and engagements beyond supply chain or Life Sciences when needed.


* Lead engagement planning, budgeting, staffing, and team mobilization for data and AI initiatives


* Define deliverable structure and content; manage quality, timelines, economics, and engagement risk


* Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors and facilitate buy-in for proposed solutions


* Lead business development activities, including client relationship development, pursuit leadership, proposal development, and pricing strategy input


* Coach and develop practitioners through counseling, staffing input, recruitment, retention, and delivery team leadership


* Lead workshops, executive presentations, and stakeholder sessions.


* Mentor junior practitioners and contribute to practice, offering, and go-to-market development.
