Change Management Manager

We are seeking a Specialist Manager to join our Financial Systems team to design and deliver change strategies that help people embrace significant business and technology change.

This role will develop and deliver change management strategies and plans for large, complex projects, guide a team of 3 on medium- and small-scale initiatives, and support critical communications across Finance Systems.

The Specialist Manager will partner with business leaders, program teams, and users to deliver practical change initiatives that strengthen adoption across the Finance application portfolio.

Work You'll Do:

As a Finance Systems Change Management Manager, you will:


* Perform quantitative and qualitative assessments, including stakeholder analyses and change impact assessments, to inform data-driven change strategies.


* Develop and manage fit-for-purpose change management strategies and plans for large, complex projects


* Lead a team of 3 in the development and delivery of change strategies and plans for medium to small change initiatives


* Oversee development and delivery of critical communications across supported Finance Systems.


* Collaborate across program and technical teams to ensure change efforts remain integrated with broader roadmap objectives.


* Understand and use the appropriate communication channels, vehicles, and tools, including Deloitte brand and related requirements, to execute communications and training effectively.


* Coordinate with Deloitte publication points of contact to ensure adherence to submission dates, templates, and standards.


* Identify training needs and develop content tailored to specific stakeholder groups.


* Plan, develop, and support leadership and change networks in delivering communications and engagement activities that build understanding of key changes.


* Measure the effectiveness of change interventions and evolve plans as needed to improve adoption.


* Work closely with subject matter experts to build understanding of the Finance application portfolio and translate that understanding into practical change strategies.


* Partner with leadership to escalate and resolve risks and issues as needed.
