Work you'll do

As a People Data & Analytics Senior Consultant on the Human Capital team, you will be responsible for:


* Translate business questions into reporting, dashboard, and insight deliverables


* Analyze data to identify trends, performance drivers, and opportunities for action


* Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations using approved analytics and business intelligence tools


* Prepare data sets, validate outputs, and document business rules, assumptions, and logic used in analysis


* Support stakeholder discussions by summarizing findings, recommendations, and implementation considerations

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Business


* 4+ years of hands-on experience in Consulting or an equivalent role involving consultative analytics.


* 4+ years of experience performing data engineering (profiling, cleansing, normalization, manipulation) and data analysis leveraging relevant tools (e.g., SQL, R, & Python)


* 4+ years of experience with Data Warehouses and Data Lakes (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks)


* 4+ years of experience developing reporting and dashboarding in Business Intelligence Tools (e.g., Visier, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik or similar)
