What We Get to Do

Our HR Consultants advise our clients on a wide array of issues and also perform outsourced HR work, so there is plenty of variety.  For example:


* Coaching and advising client managers and employees


* Creating start-up HR departments


* Conducting HR audits


* Writing policies and procedures


* Conducting workplace investigations


* Administering leaves of absence


* Drafting employee communications


* Drafting and maintaining HR documentation


* Recruiting and interviewing employees


* Etc., etc., etc.!

What Our HR Consultants Need

Our clients rely on us to know our stuff.

Our experience tells us that to make it at the consultant level, it takes:


* A minimum of 7 years of HR operational and strategic experience


* Experience in multiple HR disciplines such as talent acquisition, benefits, employee relations, performance management, and compliance


* Experience working with company staff sizes under and over 50 employees


* Experience in a variety of organizations and industries


* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint


* ATS and HRIS experience


* Bachelor’s degree in human resources or closely related discipline or equivalent experience


* HR professional certification helpful


* Strong knowledge of state and federal employment regulations and trends
