About the Role
The Enhanced Analysis Team Lead oversees high-risk case escalation and fraud analysis activities within a regulated, government-aligned program.
This role leads investigative efforts, coordinates with internal teams and external partners, and ensures that complex cases are handled with urgency, accuracy, and discretion to protect program integrity and public safety.
What You’ll Do
* Lead investigation and escalation of high-risk fraud or safety cases
* Coordinate with internal leadership and external stakeholders as required
* Oversee analytical reviews, audits, and investigative documentation
* Identify trends, patterns, and indicators requiring corrective action
* Support development and refinement of investigative procedures
* Provide reporting and briefings to program leadership
Minimum Qualifications & Skills
* Associate’s degree or three (3) years of relevant professional experience
* Bilingual in English and Spanish.
