What will you do?
* Support the credit management team in reviewing customer accounts and understanding credit risk assessment processes
* Work closely with Credit Analysts to learn how customer credit exposure is evaluated and monitored
* Assist with collection activities by helping track outstanding balances and preparing customer account information
* Observe and participate in customer interactions related to payment follow-up and dispute resolution
* Help analyze payment trends and account data to identify patterns and support team projects
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain exposure to credit, finance, and customer relationship management processes
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives while developing analytical and professional skills
What are the key skills we are looking for?
* Account Reconciliation - developing level: Learn to review customer account information and assist in maintaining accurate records under guidance from experienced team members.
* Credit Collections - developing level: Support collection activities and gain an understanding of best practices for managing outstanding accounts while maintaining positive customer relationships.
