Customer Satisfaction & Quality Engineer

Mission:


* Define and follow-up the improvement action plan and priorities with the Business stakeholders.


* Ensure that Customer dissatisfactions are solved quickly and effectively through containment, correction and prevention steps.


* Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of quality improvement plans at suppliers.


* Identify potential issues before they occur and implement preventive solutions.


* Lead a quick and effective quality issue resolution through containment, correction and prevention steps and check effectiveness of actions.


* Conduct process audits at suppliers and launch improvement action plans to help them develop their quality performance.

Analyze results to drive systemic improvement plans


* Drive PPAP for product and process changes related to the offers in scope.

Key Responsibilities:


* Ensures that complaints are resolved effectively and without delay and that those not resolved at the entity organization level have been escalated and taken into account in the competent entities.


* Pilot the Supply Qualification Module (SQM) and the Supplier performance (SPM) at the level of the plant, with a coordination role (hierarchical or functional) of quality supply assurance engineers.

Support the Supplier Approval Module (SAM).


* Takes any necessary actions to make sure that the product will satisfy customer requirements and is the driving force in implementing continuous quality improvement, with a coordination role (hierarchical or functional) with entity, BU, Supplier and sometimes other stakeholders within the organization.

What will you do:


* Lead supplier quality initiatives including qualification, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement programs


* Conduct comprehensive process audits at supplier facilities and develop targeted improvement action plans


* Drive resolution of quality issues through systematic containment, correction, and prevention strategies


* Identify and mitigate potential quality risks through proactive analysis and preventive measures


* Coach and coordinate quality assurance engineers while managing supplier relationships

What qualifications will make you successful:


* Min 5yrs Experience in Quality with a proven track record in the utilization of various quality tools to achieve desired outcomes.


* Knowledge in 8D, Kaizen, DMAIC, 5-Why, PFMEA, Product & Process Qualification Processes, Project Managemen


* Engineering Graduate (ME, EE, ECE, IE)


* Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in root cause analysis and problem-solving


* Demonstrated ability to influence and drive improvements across organizational boundaries


* Excellence in project management and cross-functional team leadership
