Job Summary:

The People Services Coordinator is critical to the smooth operation of our HR functions, supporting employees across the organization and partnering with People Services leadership to drive a positive, compliant, and inclusive workplace culture.

Reporting to the People Service Manager, the PS Coordinator will lead and support a variety of HR initiatives including employee engagement, onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations

 Essential Functions:


* Assist in implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.


* Conduct employee engagement surveys; analyze results and collaborate with leadership on action planning.


* Assist with new hire orientations.


* Support employees and managers with HR-related questions and resolve issues promptly and professionally.


* Serve as a trusted point of contact for HR inquiries regarding policies and procedures.


* Assist with onboarding tasks for new hires including I-9s and E-Verify.


* Support offboarding activities and unemployment claims.


* Manage labor law postings across office locations.


* Maintain employee data integrity in HRIS (e.g., Workday), conducting regular audits and updates.
