Sales Coordinator

About the Role

N C Power Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support the success of our Washington Sales Team.

This role serves as a key liaison between multiple departments, ensuring equipment orders, inventory records, and customer transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities



* Process equipment and attachment orders from initial sale through completion.


* Coordinate and communicate effectively with Sales, Service, Parts, and Credit teams to ensure seamless transaction processing.


* Manage and submit post-sale claims related to Caterpillar equipment transactions.


* Maintain and update internal databases to ensure inventory accuracy and data integrity.


* Support attachment ordering activities and assist with inventory control processes.


* Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism with both internal and external customers.


* Contribute to continuous process improvement and operational efficiency within the sales support function.

Qualifications



* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.


* Associate degree (AA) preferred.


* Two or more years of experience in a sales support, customer service, administrative, or related role within a sales organization may be substituted for formal education.


* Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


* Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
