Responsibilities


* Deliver high quality nursing care under the direction of the Registered Nurse


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed


* Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation


* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care

Qualifications


* Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license


* Current CPR certification


* Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills


* A compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to resident care
