Responsibilities


* Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals, and mobility


* Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity and independence


* Build meaningful relationships with residents through companionship and attentive care


* Respond promptly and appropriately to resident needs and emergencies


* Accurately document care provided according to facility policies and regulations


* Maintain current and accurate resident care documentation and service plans


* Review shift reports and care assignments to ensure continuity of care


* Help maintain clean, safe, and organized resident living areas

Qualifications


* Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification


* Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused attitude


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Ability to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment
