COMPENSATION INFORMATION The salary range(s) represents our good faith estimate for the role at this time.

Overview

The Congestion Hedging engineering track supports and advances SPP’s Auction Revenue Rights (ARR) and Transmission Congestion Rights (TCR) processes, which are foundational to the Integrated Marketplace.

Engineers across all levels learn, perform, and refine ARR/TCR market operations, support the development and maintenance of ARR/TCR software in coordination with vendors, and conduct technical analysis including power system modeling, load flow studies, and economic analysis for TCR markets.

These roles work closely with SPP stakeholders, Market Participants, and internal departments, ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency in the TCR process while contributing to market design compliance and continuous operational improvements.
