Job responsibilities


* Develop and execute comprehensive delivery plans that integrate technical requirements, dependencies, resources, and timelines to achieve on-time outcomes


* Lead cross-functional planning with product, engineering, vendor partners, and business stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and success measures aligned to business goals


* Establish delivery governance, track milestones and risks, and provide clear, actionable reporting to stakeholders and senior leadership


* Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively, implementing contingency plans to maintain program momentum and delivery quality


* Manage program resources and budgets, optimizing capacity and spend while maintaining high standards for delivery performance


* Apply advanced analytical reasoning to evaluate program performance, identify root causes, and implement data-driven improvements to increase efficiency and predictability


* Champion agile delivery practices and continuous improvement, fostering a culture of learning, ownership, and innovation


* Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making through effective communication, negotiation, and influence across diverse teams and priorities


* Partner with vendor stakeholders to support delivery outcomes, strengthen operational effectiveness, and improve service quality over time

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* Formal training or certification on product delivery concepts and 10+ years applied experience


* Demonstrated experience leading complex technology programs in a large, matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
