A Brief Overview

The Analytical QC Lab Manager is responsible for leading the analytical quality control laboratory, ensuring the delivery of accurate, reliable, and timely test results in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs), regulatory requirements, and company standards.

This role provides strategic and operational oversight of laboratory activities, including method execution, resource planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Manager leads and develops a team of laboratory professionals, drives a culture of quality and accountability, and partners cross-functionally to support production, quality investigations, and customer requirements.

This role is accountable for maintaining laboratory compliance, optimizing workflows, and ensuring readiness for internal and external audits.

Additionally, the Analytical QC Lab Manager plays a key role in method troubleshooting, data integrity, and advancing laboratory capabilities to support business needs.

What you will do


* Supervise laboratory chemists and technicians, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and SOPs.

Ensure compliance with GLPs and proper testing procedures.

Supervise the flow of samples through the lab and oversee documentation.

Review and release laboratory results for accuracy and completeness, ensuring they meet client specifications and internal standards.

Provide training and development for new and existing laboratory personnel.

Conduct performance evaluations, provide regular feedback, and manage coaching and disciplinary actions as needed.
